I have personally visited many of these resort islands in order to have a first hand experience of the facilities and amenities on offer. I must also pay at least one visit every year to familiarize myself with any changes that might have taken place over the course of the past year. Although staying a day or two does not suffice and you long to spend many more days and nights, I ensure that I get the best knowledge of the resort, its ambience, its USPs and get a wholesome idea of what to expect when my clients visit the island.  The only thing that is common between one resort island and the other are its pristine beaches, its fantastic grainy white sands and the unending peace and tranquility that Maldives is globally known for. Beyond these, each resort has something unique to offer its visitors, whether in terms of the food served, the water sports offered, the rooms on the beach and water or even the atmosphere in general.

Although Maldives is not a cheap destination because of its location and difficulties of logistics that make it expensive, there is something for everyone beyond a certain budget. Rest assured, just one visit to these islands will make you keep coming back for more.

I pay a visit once a year to salivate and drown in the beauty of the beaches. I also do personal checks and critically analise the food at various resorts in order to be abreast of what’s on offer. This comes in very handy when suggesting and recommending resorts to customers to suit their palates. Food is an essential ingredient of one’s holiday plans and there being so many vegetarian travelers from India, one has to be very careful in sending someone to the perfect resort as per their likes and dislikes. When you are up in the air, you get a stunning view of the lagoons that are distinctive by their light blue color as compared to the deep sea which is dark blue in color.

I am also excited by the vulnerable feeling one gets while staying in a water bungalow completely surrounded by water, with only the vast expanse of the ocean all around you.
